1. Nature of Our Services

Green Tape Company provides Innovation Labs, which are in-person workshop sessions. Our digital delivery relates to booking confirmations and related communications, not the delivery of digital products.

2. Booking Confirmations

When you book a session, you will receive:

  • Instant on-screen confirmation
  • Email confirmation with session details
  • Calendar invitation (.ics file) for easy scheduling
  • Reminder emails before your session

3. Email Delivery

All transactional emails are sent from noreply@mail.greentapecompany.com. If you do not receive expected emails:

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Add our email address to your contacts
  • Verify your email address in account settings
  • Contact support if issues persist

4. Session Materials

Physical materials (workbooks, reference guides) are provided at the in-person session. Any digital follow-up resources will be emailed to participants after the session concludes.

Your Green Tape Company account provides instant access to:

  • Your labs and booking records
  • Upcoming and past bookings
  • Session details and location information
  • Account settings and preferences
