All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy.
4. Cancellation Policy
You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, your purchase is non-refundable. You can reschedule once with at least 7 days' notice. If we have already begun custom preparation work for your lab, your refund may be reduced to account for the work completed. See our Refund Policy for full details.

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Green Tape Company and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
Green Tape Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
