There is no self-serve checkout. After your discovery call, Courtney sends a payment link live on the call. You pay, your account is created, and you book your session.

- How do I buy a lab?
- You start with a free discovery call. Courtney will help you find the right lab for your business. After the call, she sends you a payment link and your account is created when you pay. There is no self-serve checkout.
- Who can attend the lab?
- You're the account holder. You book the session and own access to recordings and recap materials. Up to 12 people can join the live session, but only you have an account.
- What is the refund policy?
- You get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, your purchase is non-refundable. You can reschedule once with at least 7 days' notice. If we have already started custom prep for your lab, your refund may be reduced to cover the work completed.
- How long do I have access to the materials?
- Access runs from your session date: 30 days for a Single Lab, 60 days with Momentum, and 90 days with Growth Partnership. Recordings are included with Momentum and Growth Partnership.
- Can I pick any labs in a bundle?
- Yes. Momentum includes any 2 labs. Growth Partnership includes any 3 labs plus a custom session. You pick the combination that fits your business.
